Ingredients:
4oz pizza dough
2 pieces prosciutto
1 cup shredded cheese
1 egg
1 tsp olive oil
s/p tt
Instructions:
1. Shape dough into a “boat”.
2. Coat inside on boat with olive oil, place 2 pieces of prosciutto
3. Sprinkle shredded cheese over prosciutto
4. Place dough into oven at 500 degrees.
5.Cook into dough rises and browns slightly.
6.Remove from stove and crack/place egg in middle of dough.
7.Place back into oven until egg white cooks over.
8.Remove from oven and season w s/p. (garnish w fresh herb if desired)
9.Drizzle ample amount of Lula Mae’s and Enjoy!

Egg Salad Sando & Pickles
Ingredients:
• 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (adjust to taste)
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon chopped chives or green onions (optional)
• 4 slices of bread (toasted or fresh)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the egg salad:
• In a medium bowl, mash the chopped eggs lightly with a fork.
• Add mayonnaise, mustard (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
• Stir in chopped chives or green onions for added flavor (optional).
2. Assemble the sandwich:
• Spread a generous amount of egg salad onto the bread.
• Top with another slice of bread.
3. Serve and enjoy:
• Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.

Steamed Rice & Sunny Egg
Ingredients:
• 1 cup rice (jasmine, basmati, or short-grain)
• 2 cups water
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon cooking oil or butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Optional toppings: cilantro or scallions
Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the Rice
1. Rinse the rice: Rinse 1 cup of rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Cook the rice: Combine 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Steam and fluff: Remove from heat, let it sit covered for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
Step 2: Make the Sunny-Side-Up Egg
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
2. Crack the egg into the skillet carefully to keep the yolk intact.
3. Cook until the egg whites are set and the yolk remains runny, about 2-3 minutes. (Cover the pan briefly for a firmer yolk if preferred.)
Step 3: Assemble
1. Place a serving of rice in a bowl or plate.
2. Top the rice with the sunny-side-up egg.
3. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and optional toppings like soy sauce, sesame oil, or sriracha for added flavor.

Tomato Toast & Whipped Cream Cheese
Ingredients:
• 2 slices of seeded sourdough bread
• 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• 1 small clove garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 medium ripe tomato, sliced
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• Pea Tendrils or microgreens (optional)
Instructions:
1. Toast the Bread
Lightly toast the slices of seeded sourdough bread until golden and crisp.
2. Whip the Cream Cheese
In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Whisk or stir vigorously until smooth and airy.
3. Assemble the Toast
Spread a generous layer of the whipped cream cheese onto each slice of toasted bread.
4. Add Tomato Slices
Arrange the tomato slices on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.
5. Garnish and Serve
Garnish with Pea Tendrils or microgreens for an extra touch of freshness. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Deviled Eggs & a Kick
Ingredients:
• 6 large eggs
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp yellow mustard
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp Lula Mae’s Sweet Heat
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Paprika & chopped chives for garnish
Instructions:
1. Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool, then peel and slice in half lengthwise.
3. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork.
4. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and Lula Mae’s Sweet Heat until smooth. Add salt & pepper to taste.
5. Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg whites.
6. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and chopped chives/scallions.
7. Serve & watch them disappear!
